All Iron RE I has made its debut in the Salamanca neighbourhood of Madrid. As announced on Monday in a statement to BME Growth, the Socimi has bought its fourth asset in Madrid, an entire building where it plans to offer between 90 and 120 serviced apartments.
The firm has paid 33 million euros for the property, which is located at number 25 Calle Alcántara and which spans a total surface area of 12,000 square metres. The operation has been advised by Knight Frank.
