The Socimi All Iron has bought a building in Sevilla. The listed company founded by Ander Michelena and Jon Uriarte added a property to its portfolio on 18 March, for which it has paid 5.65 million euros, according to a statement issued by the company to BMW Growth.
The building spans 2,594 square meters, distributed over three floors and a roof terrace. It is located on Calle San Jacinto 62 and will house 55 tourist apartments, which the Socimi will rent out.
