All Iron, the socimi owned by the founders of Ticketbis, has finalised the acquisition of its second property in Malaga. The asset is a building located in the centre of the Andalusian city, on the Plaza del Siglo.
The asset was built between 1872 and 1875 and is the work of the architect Cirilo Salinas. In 2000 it was completely refurbished by the prestigious architect Alfonso Peralta. It has a surface area of 2,159 square metres, distributed over five floors, which All Iron will convert into 21 tourist flats. It also has two shops.
“The flats are intended to accommodate both Spanish and international tourists arriving in the Andalusian city, one of the region’s main tourist spots,” the company stated.
All Iron paid 11.2 million euros for the building. Savills Aguirre Newman advised on the transaction.
