The manager AEW has acquired a plot of logistics land in Madrid. The firm has formalized the acquisition of 50,000 square meters for its fund Logistis, in Torrejón de Ardoz.
Now, the company is going to promote a warehouse spanning 30,000 square meters on the site, which is located in the Corredor de Henares, and which has excellent connections to the A-2 highway.
