
The listed property developer Aedas Homes is maintaining its strategy of selective land purchases and is planning to invest 550 million euros in plot acquisitions over the next three years, according to reports by the real estate agency to analysts at a meeting on Friday.
Sabadell also revealed that the firm controlled by the US fund Castlelake has set targets for home deliveries for the next few years. Specifically, it plans to deliver some 2,000 homes in the financial year 2020/21; around 2,250 in 2021/22, and another 2,900 in 2022/23, according to reports by the bank at a meeting covered by Cinco Días.
