Aedas Homes has boosted its investments in land during the first six months of its fiscal year, which runs from April of this year to March 2022. The housing developer announced that it had finalised 217 million euros in deals to acquire enough land to develop 3,000 homes.
This rate of investment has allowed Aedas to meet its target for the year in just six months. The goal was set last June during a presentation of its new business plan for the years to 2025.
In the document, Aedas envisages investments of between 200 and 300 million euros in new land, enough to build 3,100 and 3,300 homes in the 2021-2022 financial year.
