Aedas Homes is growing in the Canary Islands. The company has just announced the purchase of a new plot of land next to the Doctor Negrín Hospital in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on which it will develop a residential complex comprising 33 single-family homes.
This is Aedas Homes’s second project on the Canary Islands and it will involve an investment of around 24 million euros. It is located next to Gazmira, Aedas’s first promotion comprising 68 homes whose delivery is scheduled for the end of next year.
