Aedas Homes has launched its first promotion in the Barcelona municipality of Barberá del Vallés. The Giotto residential complex will be made up of more than 100 homes and will involve a total investment of more than 25 million euros, according to the developer in a statement.
The residential project will comprise two blocks of 76 and 30 homes, respectively, with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms that will stand out for their large terraces. “Giotto’s unique offer, which includes ground floors flats with a patio and penthouses with a private roof solarium, is also distinguished by its modern and functional architectural design and, in particular, by its large communal areas with two swimming pools for adults and children, a children’s play area, space for storing bicycles, pleasant gardens and a rest area”, says Marta Balaguer, Promotions Manager for Aedas Homes in Cataluña.
