During the final stretch of the year, Aedas Homes, the property developer led by the North American fund Castlelake, has acquired a portfolio of land in Zaragoza until now owned by Almaebro, a company itself owned by the fund Round Shield, according to El Economista.
The land is located in the extension of Tenor Fleta, to the east of Zaragoza and very close to the centre. As a result of the operation, which will see Aedas construct 339 new homes, the company is now one of the main developers in the city, with more than 800 residential units in total in the Aragonese capital.
