Aedas Homes and Azora are joining forces in Alcalá de Henares. The property developer and the group specialising in real estate investment management have signed an agreement to develop and sell a 184-home Build to Rent (BtR) residential complex in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid).
The project is located in the new neighbourhood of Las Sedas, a location where demand for housing is solid, both for owned and rented properties. It represents an additional step in the strategy of both companies to take advantage of the rental market, which always has a great deal of potential.
