Aedas Homes and Azora have reached an agreement for the development and sale of two build-to-rent residential projects comprising 327 homes in the municipalities of Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) and San Juan de Alicante (Alicante).
The build-to-rent project in Alcalá de Henares will be located in the new neighborhood of Las Sedas and will consist of 195 homes. These properties will be highly sustainable, having Breeam Good certification. Each unit will have a spacious terrace, a garage, and a storage room. The residential complex will also feature access control systems and communal areas, including an outdoor swimming pool with a solarium, a paddle tennis court, children’s play area, coworking space, gym, bicycle parking, and green spaces.
The second build-to-rent project sold by Aedas Homes to Azora is situated in the new area of Nou Nazareth in the municipality of San Juan de Alicante, only a 10-minute drive from Alicante city. This new urban development is conveniently located close to various amenities, with good transport connections and near the Muchavista beach. The development will offer 132 homes, an equal number of storage rooms, and 166 parking spaces. It will also have a private residential area with an outdoor swimming pool, children’s play area, and bicycle parking. Construction has already commenced on both residential complexes, carried out by Constructora San José, with expected delivery dates in the first quarter of 2025 for San Juan de Alicante and mid-2025 for Alcalá de Henares.
