The residential property developer Aedas Homes has created a real estate services business line with more than 4,700 homes under management across around thirty developments, as reported by the company on Monday.
This division «represents an additional line of business to the core activities, which comprise residential development for sale to individuals and the sale of turnkey developments for rent to institutional investors», explained sources at Aedas.
