Aedas is continuing to invest in Sevilla. The promoter is redoubling its commitment to the Entrenúcleos sector, in Dos Hermanas (Sevilla). In addition to the three promotions and 237 single-family and multi-family homes launched by the company in 2021, it is now adding another three new projects: Alnair, Portia 2 and Estrela, which will result in a total of 173 new semi-detached and detached multi-family single-family properties. The total investment amounts to almost 50 million euros.
The three Aedas Homes projects are located in a good area of Entrenúcleos, next to the established neighbourhood of Montequinto and close to Olivar de Quintos. «The new homes, which stand out thanks to their avant-garde architecture and the high quality of their construction, are located in a safe and quiet environment with a low density of homes and privileged connections with the regional capital», highlights Ignacio Burgos, Development Manager for Aedas Homes in Andalucía. «The six projects have an A energy rating and confirm Aedas Homes’ firm commitment to sustainability in line with our compliance with the ambitious 2021/23 ESG Plan.»
