The Socimi Advero Properties has completed the acquisition of two residential buildings for rent, as reported by the company to BME Growth. It has paid 2.6 million euros for the properties and it has financed the purchase using its own resources.
The assets are located in the Vallecas neighborhood, in Madrid and in the La Trinidad neighborhood, in Málaga. They contain 57 and 49 homes, respectively.
