Adif is preparing a new land sale. On this occasion, the public company in charge of the Spanish railway network has put up for sale a plot of land designated for tertiary use, in the vicinity of the new Mahou-Calderón urban development in Madrid.
The plot has a surface area of 695 square metres and a buildable area of 1,385 square metres. It is located in one of the most coveted areas of the Spanish capital.
