ACS has sold its stake in the Toledo Hospital. Florentino Pérez’s construction company has reached an agreement with Brookfield to transfer 80% of its stake.
BSIP Spain, Brookfield’s purchasing company, has paid 58 million euros for the shareholding, which values the complex at more than 400 million euros. This sum represents a capital gain of 29.8 million euros for ACS.
