The Belgian company Xior Student Housing, specialising in the student residence segment in Central Europe and the Iberian Peninsula, has awarded the industrialised construction of a 377-bed student residence in the Zaragoza neighbourhood of Pignatelli to ACR.
The project will span a constructed surface area of more than 14,000 square metres and will involve the transformation of the former Sangenis Barracks, more commonly known as Pontoneros. This former military complex consists of two listed buildings that will undergo a comprehensive renovation, as well as an expansion with the inclusion of several additional volumes.
