Valdebebas is synonymous with promoter struggles. Everyone wants their piece of the action in one of the most attractive neighbourhoods for investors in Madrid, to the north of the capital. And that is precisely where Acciona has just paid 80 million euros for a plot of land spanning between 180,000 and 250,000 square metres in La Solana de Valdebebas.
According to El Confidencial and as confirmed by market sources speaking to this newspaper, the operation will result in the construction of around 140 single-family and multi-family homes and will see Acciona make its debut in one of the areas with the greatest developer demand.
