An investment fund, advised by the law firm Ejaso, has completed the acquisition of an office building in Sevilla, from a domestic family office, to convert it into a hotel, according to ABC Sevilla.
The property is located on Calle Rioja, 14-16 in the Andalucían capital. Currently, 20% of the property is still leased, so the new owner will have to terminate those rental contracts first.
