A domestic family office has sold a residential building in Madrid for 10 million euros, paying an average price of 6,500 euros per m2, as reported by the real estate consultant Colliers on Thursday.
The asset, which is located in the Chamberí district, is made up of 14 homes and a commercial premise. It is marketed 100% on a rental basis. Specifically, the property is located in the Trafalgar neighbourhood, one of the most popular residential areas in the Spanish capital.
